In the past 20+ years I have had a face lift and various facial rejuvenations and fillers. So I have seen several docs, here and in Northern Virginia. Dr. Kitto is aces!!! She has a great eye and suggests subtle corrections that enhanced my best features and make me look refreshed and well rested. She has the most caring manner of any physician ever. She’s a highly skilled physician as well as a mom and wife. By doing what she does so well, she helps me go out into the world to do what’s mine to do, with my best face forward.

The length of my labia had caused both physical and mental discomfort for years and I had always thought it was something that I would just have to deal with. Thanks to internet searches, I was able to learn about the labiaplasty procedure. I had been researching labiaplasty for several years and I was fortunate enough to be referred to Dr Kitto by my PCP. From my first contact to schedule a consultation through my post op follow ups, everything has been very professional. Dr Kitto genuinely cares about her patients and she spent time talking to me about the procedure and more importantly, listening to what I was hoping to achieve through labiaplasty. On the day of the surgery, Dr Kitto came to see me prior to the surgery and called me that evening to make sure I was doing okay. Dr. Kitto was very through in providing after care instructions and made sure that I was able to contact her if I needed to for any reason. At 7 1/2 weeks post procedure, I am completely satisfied with the results. My only regret is that I didn’t have the labiaplasty done sooner.

I had been struggling with a cyst underneath my left eye. In less than a year, I had it removed two times. Dr. Kitto was my last counsel. As soon as I sat down, I realized she was unique and genuine. Her kindness shines through, and you get the sense that she really understands and cares for you and your situation.

I’ve been unhappy with the “pouch” in my lower abdomen for the last few years. I was looking for a nonsurgical solution and decided to give CoolSculpting a try. At my consultation Dr. Kitto took the time to really listen to my goals and my concerns about stubborn areas, and when it came time for treatment I felt completely comfortable. The treatment was quick and easy, and I’m very excited to see what a difference CoolSculpting makes!

I came to doctor kitto for correction of bilateral inverted nipples. Being so young (age 20) she informed me of all the options, risks, etc. that went along with the surgery. She took her time with me and made sure I was completely satisfied with the results. I had breast cancer in 2015 and had a mastectomy done in Chattanooga, TN. I was having problems with the implant. Once moving to Virginia I contacted Dr. Kitto to see if there was anything she could do. She said she could remove the wrinkled implant and put in another one and make adjustments for the problem I was having before. I have not had any problems with the new one. Dr. Kitto and her staff were always very helpful and compassionate. When I went in the hospital to have the surgery Dr. Kitto held my hand until the anethesia took effect. I would highly recommend anyone to Dr. Kitto.
