Dr. Kitto is a BOARD-CERTIFIED plastic surgeon and an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, as well as a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. She has undergone specialized training in Oculoplastic Surgery and Facial Aesthetic Surgery and practices in Richmond, VA.

She obtained her medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University followed by a rigorous 6-year residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery in Albany, NY. She then pursued an additional highly sought-after fellowship in Oculoplastic and Facial Aesthetic Surgery in Atlanta, GA with world-renowned and widely published plastic surgeon Dr. Mark Codner. During her fellowship, she focused on facial aesthetic procedures such as facelift and neck lift for both men and women, eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) of upper and lower eyelids, correction of droopy eyelids (ptosis repair), nose reshaping surgery (rhinoplasty), and complex reconstruction of eyelids and other facial defects after Mohs Surgery.

In addition to her outstanding credentials and certification from The American Board of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Kitto received many honors and awards for her excellence in academics and research from prestigious organizations such as the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the New York Chapter of American College of Surgeons. Dr. Kitto is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. This means that her education, professional, and ethical standards all adhere to a strict merit and code of conduct. She is also an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and has multiple podium presentations at national meetings such as the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
