The procedure
Patients may choose to have this procedure on either their upper or lower eyelids, or both. Dr. Kitto will make an incision along the natural crease of the eyelids to remove excess skin, muscle and fat deposits making the entire face look younger and refreshed.

Common side effects may include bruising, irritation, swelling, and in some cases dry eyes. The side effects are usually mild and temporary, and can be treated with over-the-counter pain medications and ointments. Patients are seen in the office regularly by Dr. Kitto to ensure complete recovery.
